Chains

This is how it works.

Chains.cc is an online motivational tool based on the "don't break the chain" method that helps you stick to your good habits and break bad ones. Each day you complete a task you want to keep up, you mark it in your chains. The chain will grow longer with each day and soon your main motivation is to keep the chain from breaking. Your chains are shown visually with several great looking skins to choose from.

Intro-manual-01

Chains.cc is delightfully simple and easy to use and getting started is really quick.

After you sign up you are greeted with your first empty chain. Like the text suggests, you should double click the title to rename it. Let’s make this a “running” chain.

Intro-manual-02

There we go. Now you are ready to start accumulating your chains by clicking on the “holes” below the title, but you might want to look at the settings by pressing the gear icon in the bottom left.

Intro-manual-03

You can se which days to skip, for example, we are only going to go running on mondays, wednesdays and fridays, so we’ll set the other days as skipped. We can also select a color for the title and a skin for the chain itself.

Intro-manual-04

Now we’re done! The days we set as skipped are empty and when you mark the days parallel to it, they get filled automatically so your chain is kept intact.

Now the only thing you have to do is keep the chain from breaking!

A universal high percentage of band, choir, or orchestra members consistently remain in the top 10% percentile academically year after year.
Most of these groups have released new albums, backed with a tour, but the records usually debut high on the charts but fade quickly and never heard from again. Musicians are making their music available on internet and satellite radio, online music streaming services such as Pandora, Spotify, Rdio, Deezer, and You - Tube, selling on direct-to-fan sites such as CD Baby, Bandcamp, and Reverb - Nation, and still pushing sales through 'traditional' online retailers such as i - Tunes and Amazon MP3.
